Lumina is not a medical provider, dental practice, insurer, or travel agency, and does not employ or supervise the clinical staff of any provider in our network.

2. No medical advice

Nothing on this website, or in any communication with Lumina, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information provided is for general informational purposes only. 3. Third-party providers

All dental treatment is performed independently by third-party providers who are not employees, agents, or representatives of Lumina. While we take steps to review provider credentials and licensure before including them in our network, Lumina does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any treatment, and is not responsible or liable for the acts or omissions of any independent provider.

4. Our role

Our role is limited to: (a) gathering information about your care needs, (b) connecting you with a provider we believe may be a good fit, (c) assisting with coordination such as scheduling and travel logistics, and (d) serving as a point of contact for follow-up questions. Final treatment decisions, consent to treatment, and the provider-patient relationship exist solely between you and your chosen provider.

5. Pricing and quotes

Any pricing shown on our website is illustrative and subject to change. Your actual treatment cost will be confirmed in a written quote from your matched provider following your consult, based on your specific treatment plan.

6. Travel

Where Lumina assists with travel coordination, you remain responsible for your own travel documents, visas, travel insurance, and compliance with any applicable travel requirements. Lumina is not a licensed travel agency and does not guarantee flight, lodging, or itinerary arrangements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages arising from treatment outcomes, provider conduct, or travel disruptions, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when using our services, to communicate directly with your provider regarding your health history and treatment risks, and to make your own informed decisions regarding any procedure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
